Our Story
Kevin Thiel started this agency in 1976 with a simple idea: treat people the way you'd want to be treated. No pushy sales tactics. No confusing jargon. Just honest advice from someone who genuinely wants to help.
Today, Kevin's son Chad and daughter Sarah carry on that tradition. We're still a family business, still based in Shawano, and still believe insurance should be personal - not complicated. We sit down with you, learn what matters to you, and explain your options without the jargon.
