Chad Thiel

Partner / Medicare & Health Insurance Broker

Since 2005, I have been dedicated to the insurance industry, continuing the legacy of our family agency, established by my father in 1976. Born and raised in Shawano County, I have deep roots in our community. My wife, Jessica, and I are parents to two (usually) wonderful children, Lela and Penn. Beyond the office, you can often find me on the baseball and softball fields, coaching my kids' teams and sharing in their love for sports. In summer, if we aren’t at a ball field, we enjoy spending as much time as possible on Shawano Lake. My passion lies in helping clients navigate their insurance options, ensuring they find the solutions that best fit their needs. I strive to go above and beyond to make sure all of my clients are happy and their needs are addressed.

Sarah Hinrichs

Partner / Medicare & Health Insurance Broker

I’ve been in the insurance world for over 15 years and am proud to be a partner in my family’s agency. After earning my degree from the London School of Economics and spending some time working in HR and Account Management, I decided to move back to the area in 2009 with my husband, Lance, and our two boys, Sam and Will. Life is pretty busy at home! Sam and Will keep us on our toes with their swimming and soccer schedules, so I’m often found cheering from the sidelines. Our two corgis and two cats also make sure there’s never a dull moment around the house. When I’m not working or at one of the kids’ events, I love traveling, hiking, biking, and just spending time with my family. As for my work, I believe in offering personalized service to each and every client. Helping people navigate their insurance options and find the right coverage is something I’m truly passionate about, and I’m here to make the process as smooth as possible.

Daniel Poels

With over 16 years in the healthcare insurance world, I’ve gained a solid understanding of how to help individuals and families find the right healthcare coverage. I originally come from a farm background, which taught me the value of hard work and community, and I’ve proudly called Shawano, Wisconsin, home since 2006. In addition to my work, I love staying active in the local community. I volunteer with Shawano Pathways to help improve local recreational opportunities, and I also serve as Vice President of SAFPARC, working to support those in need. When I’m not working or volunteering, you can find me enjoying some of my favorite activities—whether it’s bowling, cycling, boating, or hiking. I love taking in everything Shawano has to offer and staying connected to the community I’m lucky to be a part of.

Dustin Toellner

Dustin joined the agency in mid-2023 after spending 11 years working in the logistics industry. He was born and raised in the area and grew up on his family’s farm outside of Bonduel. In his free time he enjoys spending time outside, be it camping, hiking or just doing yard work. Dustin has worked and volunteered as an EMT for local EMS groups for over 14 years. While relatively new to the industry and the agency, he enjoys the privilege of guiding clients through the complexities of health insurance.

Jessica Madison

Office Manager / Client Services

I joined the agency in 2021, bringing a wealth of enthusiasm and dedication to the team. Having relocated to the Shawano area in 2003 from Algoma, I have thoroughly enjoyed becoming part of the Shawano community. With 2 boys and 2 dogs at home, I lead a busy and fulfilling life. Outside of work, I can often be found cheering on my kids at various sporting events, tending to my garden, tackling DIY projects, camping, or hitting the slopes for some skiing. As a way to help out and give back to the community, I served on the Shawano Hockey League Board as both a past treasurer and concessions manager. My passion for helping others and dedication to the community makes this the ideal place for me to be.

Born and raised in the Bonduel/Shawano area, I’m proud to call this community home. I graduated from UW–Green Bay in 2020 and have spent the past four years working in the logistics industry. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me helping on my family’s farm, traveling, spending time with friends and family, or cheering on the Packers, Bucks, and Brewers. (I’m currently number 43,331 on the Packers season ticket waiting list—slowly but surely!) While I’m new to the agency, I’m excited to bring my experience, dedication, and strong work ethic to the firm. I look forward to helping our clients navigate their options with care and confidence.
